Ten Year Major Inspections

Do you own a Telehandler or an EWP (Elevated Work Platform) that is 10 years old from when it was originally commissioned?

If so, then you may require a major inspection to ensure the machine is:

  1. Safe to operate

  2. You or your employees are legally able to use it.

According to the Australian Standard AS2550.10 & AS2550.19 all Telehandlers or EWP’s (Elevated Work Platforms) greater than 10 years from the date of commission  are required to have a major inspection carried out to ensure the machine is safe for use and to ensure that the machine has not developed any cracks which may affect its structural integrity.

If you believe that this is the case with a machine that you own, then give the team a call today to find out how we can assist you in this process.
